Floral Tintypes

I finished the framing for this piece today, it was created last week in my back yard.  The tintypes are of a red hibiscus that we have carried from house to house as we have moved.  It is the only plant in my garden that can stand up to my 'everyone get's the hose' pattern of watering.  These four plates were shot with my Calumet 4x5 camera with Copal #1 lens.  This piece features two red and two black tintypes mounted to a custom steel frame.
