Create photographs of your children you will carry with you or gift as pieces of art.  These silver gelatin photographs are heirlooms to pass from generation to generation.  They are created in the traditional wet darkroom process.

The images are captured to film, processed in the darkroom and printed by hand one at a time in sizes from wallets, to 20" x 24" fine silver gelatin prints.  These are photographs that you can hold, frame, and pass on!

A tintype is a one of a kind photographic artifact.  They are hand crafted using a 1850’s technique of exposing a image onto a sheet of metal coated with a collodion emulsion.

The tintype portrait has become a personal passion of mine.  In it's instant exposure, freezing a moment of time.  I host workshops on the collodion process thru the year, submit your information for details on how to book!

Bringing a lost memory back to life for someone is the reason I restore photographs.  This archival process creates a newly restored silver gelatin negative and silver gelatin photograph. 

You can make an appointment to visit me in the studio, or mail in your damaged photographs.  Either way, your photographs will be promptly restored by hand.  Restoring your memories for generations to come!
